Nokia 8 : What we know so far

Nokia 8 will launch on aug 16 : Here's what to expect    with  the big brother

Nokia has ruled the smartphone market for over a decade .People always had a special nostalgia for nokia phones , but its windows phones couldn't compete with the rivals out there and this led to the end of its era . But now it has made a return , and it's back with a boom . Nokia released its Nokia 3 , 5 and 6 at MWC , Barcelona earlier this year , and will be releasing its flagship for the year, the Nokia 8 . HMD global has sent invites for the launch event on aug 16 , where it will be unveiling Nokia 8 .

Nokia 8 specs ( Based on recent leaks and rumours ) -

Nokia 8 may release in India after a month or two since its global launch . If rumours are to be believed , it will have one of the best cameras till date , and will sport a dual cameras , but the implementation is still unknown . Though a new leak has popped up on Asian social network Baidu stating that it will have a monochrome and a regular RGB sensor , similar to what's found on a lot of huawei devices and recently released Moto z2 force .

Also , earlier it was believed that it would sport android 7.1.1 out of the box . But according to a new Geekbench's benchmark entry of a handset named 'Unknown Heart' ( a codename previously associated with Nokia 8 ) , Nokia 8 maybe the first smartphone to release with Android 8 ( or Android O , whatever you may call it ) .

Still , I would advise you to take these with a pinch of salt , as nothing is confirmed yet . I would keep you posted once it is official .
